A random meeting at a fitness conference brought us together. We had no idea we were two like-minded fitness professionals! Both with a lot of experience, both excited to learn more ideas and lessons to take back to our separate corners. We immediately loved each other’s energy, stayed in touch on social media, started doing fitness things together, and realized we needed to do more! Our dreams and visions were aligned as if we had known each other for years. Our passions, the timing, the dynamics of our growing friendship took us to a place we had not planned. We had this explosion of an idea on a whim to connect to people on social media. POWR’d was born immediately after that, realizing we wanted to reach the masses, we wanted to give more, and we wanted to transform our lives and others!
