I started my personal training with her when I was training for half marathons (13.1 miles) and needed more then just training runs. Her full body workouts, using minimal weights and my body weight for resistance, made my legs and hips stronger. I went from a finish time of 2:24 (2 hours, 24 minutes) to an amazing sub-two (1:59). I cried at the finish line and immediately texted Jacquese to celebrate a personal best that she made possible. My running days are down to 5Ks now but my legs, hips, and core have maintained strength and balance because of my training with Jacquese I also have lower back issues so Jacquese developed workouts that strengthen and maintain my core.

"My journey began with Jacquese Silvas in 2014 when she was a teacher for my son in 6th grade. "I am an active adult with hip, knee and back issues and I have always loved to workout. My passion was running and taking classes 5 times a week. "I was really intimidated about walking into a gym because I was selfconsious and over weight and I did not know what I was doing, but I decided I needed to workout for my health. I would watch Jennifer work with clients and listen to how she trained, encouraged and motivated her clients. I decided to take the leap and hire her to do one on one training.
